All of our translations and copyediting are done by a human.

All of our translations are delivered with copy editing and proofreading included but you may choose to have an external copy editor review the work.

Quotes and pricing is provided based on the clients specific needs and is based on the market and our personal experience.

We do not offer notarized translations. We do certify that the translation is provided by a professional and experienced translator.
11. Can I request revisions or edits to a translation?
Revision and edits are available and can be discussed prior to starting a collaboration.
12. Is my information and content kept confidential and secure?
Information is kept confidential and secure and we are happy to undersign non disclosure agreements.
13. How can I pay for the translation services?
Payment for translation services are requested within a limit of 30 days from invoice issue and may be carried out via bank transfer or PayPal.
14. Do you offer bulk or volume discounts for large projects?
Quotes reflect the entity and urgency of the projects and are tailored to the clients needs.
15. Can I get a quote or estimate for my translation project?
Absolutely! Just send us an email with your requirements and we will provide a quote.
16. What is the difference between standard and expedited turnaround times?
There is a 20% or 40% price increase based on the urgency of the translation request.
17. Do you offer customer support or assistance if I have questions or issues?
We are always available during business hours to answer any questions and address potential issues.
18. Do you support both one-time translations and ongoing translation needs?
We offer both one time translations and ongoing translation. We also offer a subscription service for recurring and similar needs.
19. Can I use your platform for personal as well as business translations?
We provide both business and personal translations.
20. How does the coaching service work?
Coaching is provided for individuals who have a specific short term need. For example if you have to make a speech in English or Italian, we can work with you to help you become comfortable with your speech, intonation, pauses so that you can concentrate on content rather than how you are speaking.
We also provide coaching for interviews, so that you can practice and be ready for any potentially stressful situations.
Our coaching focuses on language.
21. Do you provide conversation lessons at all levels?
We prefer to focus on speakers who are already at a high intermediate or advanced level, but can provide teachers for all levels upon request.
22. why would an advanced speaker need conversation lessons?
Unfortunately, when you don’t use a language consistently it’s very easy to lose. We offer conversation lessons for people who want to maintain their current level or improve it.
22. What are examples of how the conversation lessons can be useful?
Our conversation lessons are extremely useful for people who are relocating to another country, for example, you are Italian and have been living in an English speaking country, when you return to your home country you might want to avail yourself of this service so as not to lose your current level of English.
Or alternatively, you are moving to an English speaking (or Italian speaking) country and you want to get in the flow of the language you will be speaking daily.
Another example would be that you have studied English (or Italian) extensively and you would like to achieve a more fluid, natural and native speaking level in that language.
